Palmetto River Planning was established in 2023 and is based in the CSRA. We proudly serve all of South Carolina, Georgia, and parts of North Carolina. Our planners are dedicated to crafting your special day, making your vision come to life, and decreasing all the added stress that comes with wedding planning. We handle all the intricate details, from vendor coordination to timeline creation, so you can focus on the joy of planning and celebrating your love.

Personal
Palmetto River Planning offers a range of planning packages to meet your budget and needs. All our packages are completely customizable. Choose one of our 5 packages or ask to create your own! We believe in working hand-in-hand with couples to design a package that's perfect for you. We understand that weddings can be costly, and our goal is to make sure our couples get everything they need!
Communication
Our clients rave about our communication. Unlike other planning companies, we do not limit communication between our planners and our couples. We want all clients to feel comfortable coming to our team with any questions, as we are the wedding experts! We can be reached via phone, text, or email.

She made herself readily available prior to our wedding, making sure to gather every detail, coordinate with vendors, and she even created us a very handy wedding booklet consisting of different schedules and details for various wedding members, like a separate guide for the bride/groom, for the wedding party, and for each vendor. On the day of the wedding, Katie took charge effortlessly and made sure everything was in place, while also actively responding to issues that arose. "Katie was amazing! She was on time, VERY professional, kept a list of my timeline and all requests and made sure they were all done and taken care of. She could tell when I needed a break from pictures or other things and made sure I got one. If something came up, she moved things around to work it out. She made sure to let me know not to worry about little things. She gave me her honest opinion about my ideas and gave lots of perspective. She worked HARD and made sure we were on time at all times. Highly highly highly recommend for anyone!"

"Katie and Dlorah were AMAZING! Without them I would have fallen apart! They took my inspiration for my decor and went above and BEYOND! I had my main backdrop break the night before our wedding and when I told Katie, she hunted down a replacement and made it even more beautiful than I could have ever imagined! Katie stayed in touch with me through this whole journey and helped me navigate every little detail and hiccup I had with so much positivity and grace! She and Dlorah helped create the most amazing wedding day with the smoothest transition to a BEAUTIFUL reception that blew me away!! I can not recommend her or this company enough!! THEY ARE AMAZING!
